Acquisition Research Partner

$3,000 / month

A bounded research relationship for an active acquisition team.

  • One agreed North Jersey acquisition mandate
  • Up to 12 research hours per monthly billing period, including calls
  • A weekly research update and up to two property reviews within that hour budget

Renews monthly. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at period end. Unused hours do not roll over.

  1. Discuss the decision. Bring an address, a question, and your timing.
  2. Agree on the work. I check source access and send the deliverables, boundaries, fee, and delivery date.
  3. Pay through Stripe. Your proposal includes a secure payment link. Research begins after payment is verified.
  4. Review the findings. Get source links, dated observations, unresolved questions, and clear next steps.

Scope and timing are agreed before payment. Research identifies evidence, discrepancies, and next questions. Title opinions, legal advice, engineering, appraisals, environmental assessments, site inspections, and private lease verification require the appropriate professionals. Additional properties or hours require a separate scope.
